• Offering general information about trucking insurance coverage types, requirements, and industry topics.
• Assisting with insurance policy placement, renewals, and claims support.

We act as an intermediary between you and insurance carriers. We do not underwrite insurance policies ourselves.

No Insurance Guarantee

While we work diligently to find coverage for our clients, we cannot guarantee:

• That insurance coverage will be available for every applicant or risk.
• Specific premium rates, coverage terms, or policy conditions.
• That quotes provided will remain valid beyond the stated quote period.
• The financial strength, claims-paying ability, or solvency of any insurance carrier.

All insurance policies are subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set forth by the issuing carrier. Coverage is not bound until confirmed in writing by the insurance carrier.

Our carrier lookup tool displays data sourced from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and other government agencies. While we strive to present this data accurately, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of government-sourced data. The data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. Users should verify critical information directly with the relevant government agency.

User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or using our services.
• You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any insurance policy before binding coverage.
• You agree not to misuse our website or tools, including attempting to access restricted areas, reverse-engineer our systems, or use automated tools to scrape data beyond normal usage.
• You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in connection with your use of our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Coverage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
